Pie Crust: Two Ways

There once was a woman named Betty Crocker. 50 plus years later I’m learning how to make the pie crust she is so famously known for. Then came Cooks Illustrated - one of my favorite cookbooks of all time. Probably because I feel like it’s more of a textbook than a cookbook. Yes, I was a big nerd and loved school and loved to learn.

My mother in law is one of, if not the best pie maker around. So when my sister and I wanted to learn how to pie crust she so graciously obliged.
